CLP PIRATES READY FOR 2026 COOPERSTOWN DREAMS PARK PLAY

My name is Tyler Roakes, I was provided the incredible opportunity of playing my entire 12U season on different teams from across the country at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The founder of the park, the late Coach Lou Presutti may not have been my actual grandfather, but he was everything to me as a child. I learned the right way to play the game simply by listening and watching him in action. My time at the park was made so special when he told my Mom and Dad that I would be spending the summer with him. Sadly during that special summer, we lost Coach on July 6th, only 4 weeks into the season. After a lot of deep thought, my parents and I decided that I must keep playing for him and finish this goal that he set out for me. On August 26th, I walked off of Field 7 after playing over 125 games in three years at the park. The honor of wearing that special uniform so many times will never be forgotten by me.

Now, 10 years later, I believe it is my calling to bring players from across the country together to spend a week in Cooperstown. I look forward to providing the greatest experience in youth baseball to 12 players that love the game as much as I do. Sadly, many players are with teams that choose not to attend Cooperstown Dreams Park. My Team, the C.L.P. Pirates have opened up the door to those players for a magical week of baseball, whiffle ball, pin trading, story-telling and learning all the special traditions that I was taught at Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Along with my father, a lifelong baseball coach and 6 time Cooperstown Dreams Park coach and dear friend of Coach Presutti, we promise you the best experience in youth baseball. Come play with us and go home with friends from across the country and memories to last an entire lifetime.
